Do I have to be a Rolfer to take your classes?
No. Many types of body workers and massage therapists have taken and benefited from the classes, particularly the Visceral classes, including Acupuncturists, Cranial Sacral Therapists and Body Centered Psychotherapists. Many of the Biomechanics classes are more oriented toward structural integration but both physical therapists and deep tissue and sports massage therapists have taken and appreciated the information and techniques presented. Please e-mail us if you are wondering if these classes are right for you.

Ca Can I take the biomechanics classes in any order or take the Level Two Visceral Classes before I’ve taken the Level One.
The Biomechanics Classes have to be taken in order starting with the class on the pelvis, then legs and arms, then shoulder girdle & thorax and finally spine and neck.  The joint motility class can be taken at any time. These classes can be taken in any of the locations they are offered.  For the Visceral Classes, the Level One class has to be taken before any of the Level Two classes.  The Level Two A class, "Review of Level One," has to be taken before any of the other Level Two classes.  But, Level Two B, C, & D can be taken in any order.  Repeating the Level One class can substitute for taking Level Two A.

If I ever took a class from you – no matter how many years ago – am I considered a “returning student” and am I entitled to the 50% discount?
Because repeating a class is such a good way to truly learn the information, Liz offers significant discounts for returning students. The Biomechanics classes, (Previously called, Solving Problems and Resolving Pain) have evolved over the years. It can be a little complicated and confusing to figure out exactly which classes are repetitions of earlier classes. If it has been more than five years since you took a Biomechanics class, a 50% discount will be offered for the pelvis class only.If you are concerned, please contact us and let us know exactly which classes you taken previously, and then we will let you know about your discount.
